CONVERGE

Site-17-17.jpg

The Center for Social Innovation is a co-working office space that emphasizes community, collaboration, and inclusivity. The renovation of the one Dundas location aims to create a multi-use office space that includes childcare facilities. The design emphasizes the flexibility of the office space and group work by interspersing a variety of different work areas that range from formal meeting rooms to an informal 'quad’ where workers can mingle, relax, while also doubling as a small event space.

The office spans a portion of both the 10th and 11th floor with the 10th-floor being the public reception and childcare area and the 11th-floor housing the majority of the office space and meeting rooms. The layout offers both enclosed offices as well as "hot-desking" zones for members to rent based on their needs.
